What to expect

Wintertrace is a small, private open-source project. Replies happen when the maintainer has time — typically within a few days, but longer windows are possible. There is no service level agreement on the free, self-hosted edition.

Bug reports and reproducible problems on GitHub get priority. They are public, searchable, and useful to other operators in the same situation.

Sales-pitch emails, link-exchange requests, and unsolicited "10x your traffic" outreach are not answered.
